OriginSpark’s business model centers on identifying Bitcoin Mining Hosting Providers with demonstrated operational competence but limited access to capital. These providers represent an untapped productivity pool with the expertise to launch and operate profitable mining operations when properly funded. By entering into Joint Ventures with individual Project Finance, OriginSpark believes it can help attract the necessary capital while the hosting providers contribute their technical know-how and operational infrastructure.
The model is designed to be scalable, allowing for rapid expansion as additional qualified partners are identified and onboarded.
In line with previous plans to develop the digital asset market, OriginClear will now apply its proven track record to expanding the operations and initiatives of strong Bitcoin mining companies through strategic joint ventures.

Riggs Eckelberry
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Riggs became a founder after a quarter-century in high technology. During the dotcom, he worked on a series of tech successes; and just prior to founding what is now OriginClear, he helped drive security software company CyberDefender to an IPO on the NASDAQ as its President and Chief Operating Officer. With a major water initiative now spun off and developing a $200 million fund, Riggs has turned to accelerating Bitcoin mining, leveraging his deep knowledge of investment.

Prasad Tare
Chief Financial Officer
Prasad brings more than fifteen years of experience in public accounting, financial reporting, risk, and internal controls advisory services to OriginClear. His skillset includes company-wide risk assessments to improve focus to critical areas as well as more efficient and effective audit activities. Prasad was key to the spinoff of Water On Demand, which is now developing a major fund in the Opportunity Zone sector, and has been a key contributor to the enhanced financial management of public company, OriginClear.

AJ Fikejs
VP Marketing
AJ Fikejs brings over fifteen years’ experience in marketing and product development. Just prior to his OriginClear posting, AJ was a veteran product manager, developing web applications for Philips Respironics and The Nielsen Company. AJ has been key to the development of Water On Demand, “Saving the World’s Water — one project at a time”. He now brings his strong tech marketing skills to the rollout of OriginClear’s new mission, OriginSpark.
